Your future
As the right-hand man to the Director of Square Management Luxembourg, your tasks will focus on 3 areas to manage and develop your own Management Unit:
- Developing Square Management’s value proposition with operational Managers and Directors from major groups, and handling all commercial relationships : prospecting, meetings, responses to calls for tender, proposals, presentations, negotiations and then accompanying the client during the assignment.
- Supporting your consultants’ careers : managing the relationship with the client, advising on training options, quarterly and annual appraisals, coaching and day-to-day support.
- Managing and training a team of Junior Business Managers
Your talent
With 5 years’ higher education (business, engineering or university), you have significant experience as a Business Manager in an ESN or a consultancy firm.
You are fluent in English and have a good knowledge of banking sector.
You have an entrepreneurial spirit, a culture of commitment and a sense of teamwork.
