The Square Management and Circle Strategy training program is structured around 10 areas of excellence. Additionally, it includes a set of training sessions in methodology and personal development, language courses, as well as training courses on consulting tools. Square Management and Circle Strategy allocate 2.5% of their annual turnover to this training program, which is accessible to 100% of employees.

• The Square Institute operates on a credit unit (UV) system, which represents training credits for our consultants. Each consultant is allocated 10 UV per year.
• On average, a consultant undergoes 40 hours of training per year.
